At only 950 square feet, this Laguna Beach cottage is tiny, but it’s big in charm. You will adore it!
Remodeled and designed by Clark Collins this super charming 1946 cottage in Laguna Beach, California, was completely overhauled. The floors, lighting, doors and windows are all original, but everything else is brand new. The entire cottage is painted in Dunn-Edwards Cottage White and the fabulous windows are treated with natural Malay Oak blinds from Blinds.com. The framed vintage swim suits and the Boston Terrier Figurine are fun decor choices. What this Laguna beach cottage lacks in size, it more than makes up for in charm. Besides, I’d rather live in a Tiny Beach Cottage than sprawling mega mansion!

Is this for rent for a long weekend?
Hi Jane,
I’m not sure if this particular cottage is for rent, but check the listings on VRBO here: http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/california/orange-county/laguna-beach?property+type=Cottage (or click here).
charm charm charm! love the Fireplace, White paneling, eat in kitchen,
I agree that I would rather be here than a mansion. When you use quality materials and finishes you don’t need big.
Especially love the built-in bookcase &the vintage swimsuits! Agree with you completely on preference in where to live -yes, yes, YES!!!
