In today’s post I thought we could go ahead and highlight some of the more creative wall decorations found in beach houses around the world. Wall decorations are something that can actually breathe some life into an otherwise dull room. They can take a room from “bleh” to “wow” in a heartbeat which is why we knew we had to do an article highlighting some of the more unique ones we found. Now be warned, we are partial to sea life here at Beach Bliss Living, so a fair few of these wall decorations feature sea animals in some shape or form. I mean really, is there a better type of decoration for a beach house?
Enough dilly-dallying, let’s jump right into it.

Whale Wall
This gorgeous Whale wall decoration was found on this Etsy store. This stunning (somewhat sad looking) whale is going to make a great addition to a lovely open-space area. Another great location that could really benefit from this piece would be on the outside of the house. Just make sure it’s covered by a balcony or some sort of roof, you’d hate for it to get damaged (although that could give it a more washed look, it’s up to you).
2. Seagull
When I first saw this Seagull painting, I know it had to be on the list. This is an incredible piece of wall decor due to its minimalistic design. This painting would look great in the master bedroom or spare room. If you would like to purchase one, they can be found on this Etsy Store.
3. Shark Hooks
Moving into the bathroom we have this beautiful shark towel rack. This rack is quite unique and something that you don’t really see in many houses. This is also a great addition to the house if you have any kids. Another great use for it is to put up outside the house for all those beach towels, saves having the kids bring them inside along with half the beach! 4. The Quote Board
Every beach house needs to have some sort of inspirational quote. It’s almost a requirement nowadays. We found this store on Etsy, which also has a wide variety of inspirational/quirky quotes. Furthermore, because they are on driftwood, they really give off the beach vibes making them a great addition to your beach shack.
5. Anchor
Another nifty design we found on Etsy was this stunning anchor. This gorgeous piece of wall decor is going to make a great addition to any beach home. Even better yet, get one as a gift for a fisherman friend or co-worker, they will love you for it!
6. Seahorse
One of my favorites from the list, this guy is truly spectacular. Having one of these on your wall is definitely going to bring the room to life and just make it that much more interesting. There is something about this one that I like so much, but I just can’t put my finger on it, maybe it’s how every little fits perfectly in place to make up the entire design.
7. Beach Rules
Saving the best for last! If you are looking for something with a bit of humor to add to your beach shack, then look no further. This set of rules is sure to get a few laughs (and smiles) for its creative use of puns. This board would make a great addition to the kitchen, living area and is an excellent way to remind everyone not to take life to seriously!
